The Crown Series grill can also save production steps by eliminating the need to flip a product. Every cooking process can contain multiple action steps these include; seasoning, placement, positioning, forming(pressing) with additional steps like; flipping, adding toppings, and removal from the cooking surface. These processes apply to all forms of cooking across many different pieces of commercial cooking equipment. Having the ability to eliminate any steps provides increased productivity and profitability for the operator.

Two-sided cooking has been employed successfully in the QSR market for many years with wide spread success. Many products have been tried, tested and work extremely well with two-sided cooking like; thin formed patties, formed chicken breasts, bacon, fish even baking items like pancakes and cookies!
